Creating the set ( 2 )

The props (buildings etc.) were cut out of styrofoam. It's great material: cut it, melt it, paint it, anything goes, and once finished it has a very solid look, but - ofcourse - stays light as a feather.

My first (of many) learning moments: setmaking takes a lot of time. My friends were glad to help, but even with their help I was delayed from day one: I had planned to make the set in a couple of days. It turned out to be several weekends.
